This historic home, built in 1928, has been hailed as an art deco masterpiece reflecting a great area of hollywood cinema and has been declared a cultural monument by the city of Los Angeles. After years of neglect, the property was in need of a serious restoration. Justin was hired to restore the home and bring back its original history and charm.
